Role Description Imagine being a healthcare provider whose sole mission is to focus on delivering high-quality patient outcomes, but with the knowledge that you need to constantly document your compliance with key healthcare regulations along the way. Now imagine tasking someone with a limited compliance background to manage that, with looming risks of audits, breaches and fines hanging over your practice. Compliancy Group’s vision is to deliver stress-relieving, tech-enabled services and software to the healthcare community that create stronger trust between patients and providers. We’re on a mission to support small and midsized medical practices as they work to comply with critical, ongoing healthcare compliance requirements. We’re looking for Customer Success Managers (CSMs) who thrive in a high-impact, customer-facing role, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by helping clients achieve their goals. You’ll manage a pooled portfolio of accounts, focusing exclusively on retention, product adoption, and engagement of our SaaS healthcare compliance platform, while collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, Support, and Product teams. This role revolves primarily around driving high retention with customers rather than growth, and a high-performer in this role is able to make sense of the complex, driving a scaled customer experience with their base in the name of guiding as many as possible to a positive renewal decision. This is a remote role with opportunities to connect virtually or in-person for collaboration, process improvement, and team alignment. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a related role. - Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of accounts with consistent, repeatable outreach. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first mindset. - Goal-oriented, especially when it comes to achieving retention and satisfaction targets. - Comfortable collaborating across teams, including Finance, Product, and Support. - Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models preferred. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is a plus. Requirements - Serve as the primary point of contact for a pooled portfolio of core (mid-sized spend; non-strategic) accounts, focusing exclusively on retention, adoption, and satisfaction. - Drive customer engagement through proactive, repeatable touchpoints that maximize platform usage and value realization. - Partner with sales to drive account expansion; while the CSM is not responsible for growth, there are financial incentives in place to identify potential growth opportunities. - Implement structured processes to maintain consistent communication and engagement across the pooled account portfolio. - Partner closely with Finance to resolve payment disputes, escalations, and account issues. - Monitor account health and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention. - Direct customers to the platform for commercial transactions or negotiations, without involvement in sales activities. - Collaborate with Support and Product teams to advocate for customer needs and improve processes. - Act as a true customer champion - focused entirely on helping customers succeed. Role Description To support this mission, Compliancy Group is looking for a highly qualified and highly motivated Account Executives to join the team. As an Account Executive, your role will focus on the never-ending pursuit of pipeline creation, mastering the sales process, and closing a high volume of healthy deals for the business. The Account Executive will be exclusively responsible for new logos business development and will partner closely with our Customer Success team to ensure that new clients get off to successful starts. For this role, we place a premium on: - Proven success hitting pipeline generation targets - Experience selling deals ranging from a 5K-75K ASP - High levels of intellectual curiosity/ability to grasp new concepts - A team-first, collaborative mentality This position is remote, but with options to meet in-office at key moments across the sales quarter to collaborate, build pipeline, close deals, and celebrate the wins! Qualifications - 2+ years of managing the entire sales process - Strong track record of achieving sales quotas and qualifying as a top performer - Experience with sales automation tools, including CRM (Hubspot) and prospecting (Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach) - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Highly collaborative and motivated as much by the success of others as your own success - Experience in healthcare, compliance, or B2B SaaS is a plus! - Strong time management and organizational skills Requirements - Drive revenue growth by proactively generating new business through both inbound inquiries and strategic outbound initiatives. - Ensure accuracy and timeliness by meticulously recording all sales activities, interactions, and results in the company's CRM system. - Utilize strong analytical skills to forecast and manage territory performance, setting data-driven targets for continuous improvement. - Regularly report key insights and performance metrics to the Manager, maintaining transparency and accountability through daily, weekly, and monthly updates. - Maintain a strong knowledge of the company's evolving product and service offerings to communicate value effectively and stay competitive in the marketplace.
