Assistente de Operações – Customer Success

• Agendar e organizar calls com clientes e stakeholders via e-mail ou telefone • Enviar comunicações 1:many para clientes, seguindo orientações da coordenação, visando evolução em métricas como adoção. • Ligar para clientes que precisam de troca de canal de atendimento, apresentando nossa estrutura e garantindo os primeiros alinhamentos de sucesso. • Atualizar informações de contatos no sistema Gainsight, garantindo dados precisos e atualizados.

Job Requirements

  • Experiência com atendimento ao cliente, com foco em cumprimento de metas e prazos;
  • Capacidade analítica para monitorar e interpretar dados operacionais;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas Google Workspace e Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • Comunicação adaptativa para interagir com diferentes perfis de clientes e times internos;
  • Proatividade e organização para gerir múltiplas demandas simultâneas.
