• Build customer relationships to effectively understand their problems and identify ways Bizimply can solve their problems • Adopting a consultative upselling approach to engage with customers, demonstrating how specific product features can address their challenges, improve efficiency, and drive additional value for their business • Manage and execute the renewal cycle for your Book of Business. • Anticipate customer needs based on personas/feature use/business type • Manage feature requests. Work cross functionally with our Product team to solve our customer problems • Educate customers on basic product training, creating training materials and videos that help new customers use Bizimply to its fullest potential • Proactively track requests and commonly occurring issues, identifying and reporting software bugs to the appropriate teams • Develop and execute a proactive renewal strategy to maximise customer retention and revenue growth by developing personalised renewal plans for each client

• Become a product expert, clearly and confidently understanding the problems faced by our customers and clearly demonstrating the benefits and value Bizimply adds. • Demo the product (online and in-person) and confidently present Bizimply. • Managing your pipeline through various stages, forecasting new business. • Own and achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas aligned with company objectives. • Carry out detailed and analytical discovery to find out the root cause of problems facing our customers. • Proactively identify and prospect new customers through your own network, outbound initiatives and strategic partnerships. • Manage feature requests and collaborate with our product team to continue improving our best-in-class tools.

• Build and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines using Airflow, Python, and SQL. • Design, build, optimize data pipelines using dbt, or sqlmesh. • Develop and manage the ODS and support the eventual rollout of a modern Data Warehouse. • Integrate data from internal systems and external APIs to create clean, reliable datasets. • Work closely with engineers to operationalize machine learning workflows. • Ensure high data quality through monitoring, validation, and error handling. • Provide guidance to less experienced team members and champion data engineering best practices. • Deploy and manage infrastructure in the cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using modern DevOps tooling. • Implement monitoring and alerting to ensure data pipelines are reliable and maintainable.
