Role Description Our client is hiring a HubSpot Solutions Expert to take ownership of workflow configuration, custom HubSpot projects, and technical scoping for client engagements. You'll be the hands-on HubSpot specialist who turns business requirements into clean, working solutions inside the platform, and the bridge between client needs and the solutions architects or developers who handle deeper builds. This is a hybrid technical and client-facing role. You should be comfortable inside HubSpot at an advanced level, conversant in how APIs and web integrations work conceptually, and confident showing up on camera with clients when needed. • Lead the integration design, development, and validation of robust, scalable interfaces between SmarterDx and hospital/health system customer EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Meditech). • Serve as the technical expert on customer engagements, guiding architecture discussions with CIOs, Directors of IT, interface and network teams, CDI and Coding leaders, and implementation sponsors. • Own integrations end to end, including specification development, mapping, configuration, testing strategy, go live planning, and production stabilization. • Lead data validation and reconciliation to ensure integrity, completeness, and interoperability compliance. • Design for reliability and observability with monitoring, alerting, traceability, replay strategies, and operational runbooks. • Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead structured incident response, root cause analysis, and durable remediation. • Improve integration operations through automation: streamline repetitive implementation tasks (test harnesses, validation tooling, automated checks, deployment patterns) to increase throughput and reduce risk. • Monitor evolving interoperability standards and translate them into actionable architectural guidance for SmarterDx and our clients. • Influence product and platform strategy by advising engineering on schemas, data contracts, mapping approaches, and integration tooling based on field experience. • Blend executive presence with operational humility. You can lead a CIO-level strategy session in the morning and personally debug a malformed HL7 segment in the afternoon. No engagement is beneath you, and no client environment is too complex. You own outcomes end to end. • Support and troubleshoot high-priority production issues as part of an after-hours Tier 3 rotation.

• Automate repetitive browser tasks using Selenium • Use PowerShell and/or Python for data extraction, transformation, and automation • Leverage Ansible to automate AWS provisioning and configuration • Support database tasks (SQL queries, data reports, performance reviews • Analyze workflows to identify automation opportunities • Work closely with TAMs, developers, and service delivery teams • Document processes clearly for handover and long-term maintenance • Troubleshoot automation scripts and data processes

• Support the design and development of integration solutions connecting systems, applications, and data sources. • Work with REST and SOAP APIs, cloud services, and integration platforms such as Workato, Boomi, Celigo, or Zapier. • Assist in building scalable, reliable, and maintainable integration workflows. • Contribute to technical designs and integration documentation. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Help identify opportunities to improve integration tooling and operational efficiency. • Assist in troubleshooting and debugging integration-related issues. • Monitor integration performance and support proactive identification of risks or bottlenecks. • Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and contribute to smooth operational delivery. • Participate in maintaining reliable and secure integration environments. • Deliver assigned tasks on schedule and with a high standard of quality. • Work closely with ET&I teams and business stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives. • Communicate technical concepts clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences. • Contribute to clear and structured documentation for integrations, tools, and workflows. • Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and integration practices. • Participate in internal training and certification opportunities. • Research innovative solutions that improve scalability, automation, and reliability. • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
