• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, etc.) • Manage and optimize Salesforce configurations, including objects, fields, permissions, and page layouts • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions • Perform data management tasks, including data imports, exports, and cleanup • Maintain and improve automation processes (Flows, validation rules, workflows) • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to end users • Work closely with the development team on integrations and enhancements • Document system configurations, processes, and best practices
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and process automation
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models and platform capabilities
- Experience with user management, profiles, roles, and permissions
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Basic knowledge of Apex, APIs, and integrations (preferred)
- Experience supporting Salesforce customizations and enhancements (preferred)
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) (preferred)
