Senior Salesforce Administrator

AutoRABIT

• Administer and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments across multiple business functions. • Configure and maintain Salesforce using declarative tools including: Flows, Validation rules, Permission sets, Profiles and roles, Record types, Page layouts, Approval processes, Reports and dashboards. • Support ongoing platform improvements and help identify opportunities to improve scalability, usability, and operational efficiency. • Manage user provisioning, access controls, permission structures, and security best practices. • Perform ongoing system maintenance including sandbox management, release testing, troubleshooting, and platform health monitoring. • Collaborate with RevOps leadership and business stakeholders to support operational improvements and reduce manual processes. • Assist in scoping requests and evaluating technical feasibility for enhancements and new initiatives. • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational visibility and business decision-making. • Monitor and improve CRM data quality, consistency, and completeness.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a SaaS or high-growth business environment.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required.
  • Experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
  • Advanced experience with declarative automation tools, particularly Salesforce Flow.
  • Experience managing permissions, profiles, roles, sharing models, and user administration.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce integrations and connected GTM applications.
  • Good understanding of CRM data management, reporting, dashboards, and operational workflows.
  • Familiarity with SOQL APIs, Sandbox management, and Deployment/change management processes.
  • Basic Apex troubleshooting/debugging.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • (good English) Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, developers, and business stakeholders.
