• Administer and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments across multiple business functions. • Configure and maintain Salesforce using declarative tools including: Flows, Validation rules, Permission sets, Profiles and roles, Record types, Page layouts, Approval processes, Reports and dashboards. • Support ongoing platform improvements and help identify opportunities to improve scalability, usability, and operational efficiency. • Manage user provisioning, access controls, permission structures, and security best practices. • Perform ongoing system maintenance including sandbox management, release testing, troubleshooting, and platform health monitoring. • Collaborate with RevOps leadership and business stakeholders to support operational improvements and reduce manual processes. • Assist in scoping requests and evaluating technical feasibility for enhancements and new initiatives. • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational visibility and business decision-making. • Monitor and improve CRM data quality, consistency, and completeness.
• Build and lead a world-class global Sales Engineering organization across multiple regions. • Define and execute the technical go-to-market strategy centered on Salesforce DevSecOps, CI/CD, and secure release management. • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive revenue growth and customer expansion. • Serve as a subject matter authority on Salesforce CI/CD, DevSecOps, and release governance. • Lead technical strategy for complex enterprise deals, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and audit requirements.

• Own and scale the end-to-end user experience across multiple products. • Serve as a UX lead on initiatives that span product lines—streamlining patterns, navigation, and service handoffs between modules. • Lead discovery, definition, and delivery of high-impact projects—from architecture diagrams to release orchestration, approvals, and telemetry dashboards. • Define and evolve our design system in collaboration with engineering, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and performance across the platform. • Champion cross-functional design reviews, foster alignment with engineering and product, and drive adoption of scalable UX practices. • Mentor other designers, improve design operations, and help establish UX success metrics tied to adoption, retention, and task success.
• Execute test cases and report bugs across web-based features • Validate UI and functional behavior based on requirements and specs • Collaborate with QA leads, product managers, and developers • Contribute to and maintain regression test plans • Verify bug fixes and work with engineers to confirm resolution • Support usability, performance, and accessibility testing
• Broadly, Site Reliability or DevSecOps engineer with a passion for, automation, reliability, scalability, monitoring, and capacity planning. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of frameworks for monitoring, automation and code to increase the scalability and reliability of the service • Assist both internal and customer facing teams with deployment of new software releases, VPN and other related security infrastructure interfacing. • Assist with resolution of AutoRABIT service or customer issues as required • Participate in and practice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems • Contribute to the automation of manual tasks, such as the provisioning of users in production and test environments. • Work within a small agile team to develop and improve SRE software, support your peers, plan and self-improve • Participate in a regular on-call or rotational schedule needed to support AutoRABIT servers, including weekends and holidays
