Essential Functions: - Responsible for oversight of direct reports to include annual reviews, training, direction, and overall daily tasking and workflows - Ensure development and implementation of efficient licensing operations to meet current and future needs of the organization Duties and Responsibilities include: - Provide cross functional leadership and practical business support to sales teams to drive progress towards meeting quarterly sales goals and customer deliverables - Provide advocacy regarding sales and revenue trends to internal and external stakeholders - Proactively identify areas of opportunity to increase efficiency in sales processes - Supervise and manage sales operations team in providing sales data, marketing trends, forecasts, and account analysis - Provide and participate in technical and sales training to ensure self and team stays ahead of the latest products, updates, and technology trends - Present regular, detailed reports to VP of Sales and Customer Success and others, as required - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with at least 10 years of sales operations experience or 15 years of sales operations experience in lieu of education requirement - 5+ years of sales operations leadership experience with 3 or more direct reports - Knowledge of M365 platform including Azure, Office 365 GCC and/or GCC High - Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure from a sales perspective - Ability to work independently and a strong desire for personal and professional development - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The majority of customer communication takes place via email and phone. - Customer service is critical in this position. You must be driven to help people solve their IT/compliance problems. - Ability to pass an extensive background check Requirements - Optional / Desired: SNOW knowledge and experience - Understanding of current security and compliance trends regarding DFARS 252.204-7012, NIST 800-171, and CMMC Work Conditions Work is typically performed in an office environment.
