Forward Deployed Engineer
Synthflow AI
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Synthflow’s AI phone agent platform for enterprise customers — from solution design to configuration, integration, and go-live. • Collaborate closely with customer engineering, operations, and success teams to align technical deployments with business objectives. • Develop and maintain integrations with CRMs, telephony systems, and workflow automation tools. • Proactively identify optimization opportunities, guiding customers to get the most out of their deployment and achieve meaningful business outcomes. • Act as the technical voice of the customer, translating their needs into actionable product insights and collaborating with Synthflow’s engineering and product teams. • Troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent technical issues, ensuring reliability and a frictionless experience in production environments. • Create best practices, playbooks, and technical resources that improve future implementations and enable customer self-sufficiency. • Contribute to account growth and renewal by driving strong adoption and long-term technical alignment.
Job Requirements
- Spanish fluency is mandatory
- 3–6 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Solutions Engineer.
- You’re a hands-on problem solver — comfortable writing and debugging code (e.g. Python, JavaScript, or low-code integrations).
- You’ve led enterprise software implementations or integrations, ideally involving APIs, CRMs, or telephony platforms.
- You have experience or deep interest in AI/ML technologies, especially conversational AI or LLM-based systems.
- You’re a strong communicator who can bridge technical and business perspectives with clarity.
- You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and are motivated by helping customers succeed.

• Independently complete engineering design, technical analysis, and preparation of specifications and reports for electric transmission projects, including overhead and underground transmission systems and related assessments • Develop computation methods, technical reports, and specifications under the guidance of senior staff or technical leadership • Identify and resolve technical discrepancies, applying standard procedures and best practices that support grid reliability, safety, and system performance • Monitor project progress and performance, acting quickly to resolve operational issues and minimize delays on critical electric transmission initiatives • Take responsibility for large portions of projects with oversight from senior staff or management, including field assignments associated with transmission assets
