Role Description We are currently seeking a highly creative, strategic, and execution-focused Marketing & Brand Coordinator to help build, elevate, and scale a growing consumer brand presence across digital platforms. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who combines strong branding instincts with hands-on content creation, digital marketing execution, and operational organization. Our Marketing & Brand Coordinator will possess the skills and experience required, along with a positive attitude and the ability to solve complex problems in a rapidly changing environment. - Storefront & Analytics Audit: Optimize Shopify product page copy and imagery, set up email capture pop-ups with a basic welcome flow, and install tracking pixels/analytics to ensure a clean mobile and checkout experience. - Brand Asset Creation: Develop visual guidelines and a brand kit from existing materials, creating reusable Canva templates for social posts, advertisements, and one-pagers. - Infrastructure Setup: Configure Meta Business Suite, establish tracking workflows, and implement a shared content calendar. - Content Pipeline: Define a clear posting cadence and establish an end-to-end production workflow for short-form video (Reels/TikTok) and product photography. - Ongoing Execution - Content Production: Produce and publish weekly on-brand content across Instagram, TikTok, and email. Target cadence: 4 short-form videos, 2–3 static posts, and 1 email per week. - Growth & Outreach: Source and manage micro-influencer seeding, product sampling programs, and strategic brand partnerships targeted at expanding retail regions. - Paid Social: Run small-budget Meta ad tests ($300–$500/month) to amplify top-performing organic content. - Vendor Coordination: Direct and collaborate with freelance photographers, video editors, designers, and vendors while staying on budget. - Reporting & Strategy: Track campaign performance, content engagement, email list growth, and sampling conversions to deliver a streamlined weekly report. - Brand Alignment: Maintain cohesive, culturally nuanced storytelling rooted in the founder’s culinary identity during seasonal campaigns and retail rollouts. - Amazon Marketplace Optimization: Manage and optimize Amazon Marketplace listings, including product titles, descriptions, keywords, imagery, A+ content, and overall storefront performance to improve visibility, conversions, and sales growth. Qualifications - 3+ years in marketing or brand coordination, specifically for a CPG, food, beverage, restaurant, or DTC brand. - Platform Proficiency: Must have hands-on Shopify experience (handling product pages, apps, and basic theme edits). - Digital Marketing Stack: Fluent in Canva, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or Mailchimp), Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Notion, ClickUp). - Content Production: Proven ability to shoot and edit engaging Reels/TikToks on a smartphone and provide basic photography direction. - Audience Growth: Demonstrated experience building and scaling an Instagram and TikTok presence from the ground up. - Basic Paid Social: Comfortable managing low-budget Meta ad campaigns (boosting posts, setting up basic lookalike audiences). - Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills suited for daily asynchronous work with the founder. - Experience managing and optimizing Amazon Marketplace / Amazon Seller Central, including product listing optimization, keyword strategy, catalog management, and performance tracking. - Work Style: Highly self-directed and comfortable owning execution under a co-piloted strategy with minimal hand-holding in a fast-paced environment. - Genuine passion for culinary culture, food branding, and storytelling.
