Develop worldwide messaging and assets across packaging, digital, in-store, and advertising — ensuring brand consistency from hero content through performance channels. - What You Bring Deep category expertise and a consumer-first mindset. Equal strength in upstream strategy and downstream execution, with the agility to move between both. Broad marketing experience spanning brand strategy, product commercialization, packaging, retail, DTC, and global go-to-market. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills across complex cross-functional organizations. A track record of turning insights into winning products and campaigns — and a drive to keep raising the bar. Requirements - 8+ years of marketing experience in CPG or consumer products - Experience owning roadmap, pricing, portfolio strategy, and retail readiness - Proven track record in product commercialization and global launch execution - Strong creative strategy, claims development, and consumer insights experience - Degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred - Local to Needham MA HQ, we are on site 3x a week (No relocation support) Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below.
