Job Requirements

Role Description Majesco is seeking an Events Specialist to help plan and execute events that strengthen our brand, deepen customer and prospect engagement, and contribute to demand generation outcomes. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will support the strategy and delivery of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events that elevate Majesco’s market presence and create meaningful opportunities for connection with customers, partners, prospects, and employees. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management with creativity, attention to detail, and a sharp understanding of how events support both brand visibility and pipeline growth. The Events Specialist will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, business leaders, external partners, and vendors to bring events to life from concept through execution and post-event follow-up. Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute Majesco-led and third-party events, including conferences, customer events, field events, webinars, and executive programs. - Manage event timelines, workbacks, budgets, logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure programs are delivered on time and on brand. - Partner with brand, content, and digital demand generation teams to align event strategy with campaign priorities and business goals. - Support event messaging, attendee journeys, promotional plans, signage, collateral, registration, and onsite experience. - Coordinate with sales and business stakeholders to maximize event-driven meetings, customer engagement, and follow-up activity. - Track event performance, including attendance, engagement, lead generation, influenced pipeline, and overall program effectiveness. - Maintain event calendars, project plans, status updates, and post-event recaps with clear recommendations for improvement. - Ensure a consistent, high-quality brand presence across all event touchpoints and experiences. - Manage relationships with venues, agencies, production partners, and other event suppliers. - Identify opportunities to improve processes, scale repeatable event programs, and enhance the attendee experience. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, hospitality, or a related field. - 4–7 years of relevant experience in event marketing, field marketing, or corporate events. - Proven track record of executing events that support both brand awareness and business development goals. - Ability to travel as needed to support event execution.
