Sales Development Representative
PayZen
• Develop opportunities for the sales team from prospecting and marketing-generated leads • Quickly learn the PayZen product, effectively communicate the value proposition, and be able to react to objections and competitive questions • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities • Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email and call scripts • Interact with prospects via telephone and email with a high attention to detail • Set qualified discovery calls for the appropriate AE, educating rep as necessary about the opportunity • Play a critical role in the growth of our organization by consistently achieving qualified opportunity quotas • Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using Salesforce
Job Requirements
- Interest in sales and 1-2 years of experience in a corporate environment
- Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM
- A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles

Senior Sales Development Representative

• Drive new business growth by making 30 to 40 calls each day, building and nurturing a robust pipeline of high-potential leads • Prospect into multiple healthcare organizations via lead follow-up, networking, referrals, and cold calling. • Conduct discovery calls to understand the prospect's needs, challenges, and decision-making processes. • Send personalized emails and engage through social media to connect with prospects and qualify them as potential sales opportunities. • Efficiently utilize tools like Conquer for automated dialing and Google for research to enhance outreach efforts and improve contact rates.
