• Do you love developing creative ideas that not only look great but truly perform? • Develop and evolve our paid social creative strategy with a focus on scalable creatives across the entire funnel (ToF, MoF, BoF) • Conceptualize high-converting direct-response ads — from hooks and scripts to clear messaging and conversion logic • Develop strong creative territories, new ad ideas, and launch narratives for existing and new products • Analyze performance data and creative insights to refine winning creatives and derive new testing approaches • Develop and prioritize various ad formats such as UGC, skits, greenscreen, social proof, and comparison ads • Work closely with design, content, and performance marketing teams to quickly translate ideas into impactful creatives • Conceptualize larger assets like shoots or hero videos, always with a clear focus on performance and scalability

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or equivalent training (e.g., digital marketing)
  • Several years of experience in DTC paid social / performance creative, ideally in an e-commerce environment
  • Proven experience with direct-response creatives
  • Strong understanding of buyer psychology and conversion logic
  • Experience working with performance data and testing
  • Proficient with tools like Motion, and ideally familiar with AI tools
  • A good sense for formats, trends, and effective communication
  • Structured, independent working style and true ownership
  • Fluent in German and English
