Role Description We are looking for a Creative Expert based in Germany with a creative approach and a strong profile in PR and creative communications, who can bring fresh and distinctive ideas to our campaigns. This role will be key in complementing the team, as we currently do not have the creative side or a more brand- and storytelling-oriented vision fully developed. - Participate in Influencer Marketing (IM) performance campaigns from a creative and strategic angle. - Design and execute creative campaigns, storytelling, and client presentations. - Generate special ideas and differentiated proposals for major deadlines and key events. - Identify and capitalize on relevant trends for our clients and campaigns. - Improve and optimize pre-briefs, reviewing and validating content together with the team. - Support the campaign lead in the development of strategies and presentations. - Maintain direct contact with clients and talents through meetings, coffees, and relationship building. - Collaborate with the team to propose new opportunities and creative approaches that enhance campaigns. Qualifications - Languages: fluent German, English and Spanish (mandatory) - Work experience in Germany, with knowledge of the market and clients. - Experience in PR, creative communications, IM campaigns, storytelling, and presentations. - Ability to contribute from a brand and content perspective while working with the campaign team. - Sensitivity toward product and content will be highly valued. - Ability to work collaboratively, contribute innovative ideas, and maintain constant communication with clients. - Strategic vision and creativity to identify opportunities and add value to every project.

• Produce high-quality decks, case studies, and brand materials that keep the agency visible and credible in the market. • Handle the day-to-day execution of our marketing engine, including the management of our curated newsletter for CMOs and client-facing materials. • Support the logistics and organization of industry events, conferences (APS, MAU, Creator Fest), and 'IM Circles' to ensure a flawless presence. • Prepare positioning materials and support the Growth & Strategy teams in communicating our latest insights and success stories. • Manage strategic gifting programs, referral communications, and maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Your Mission: To translate numbers into narratives and ensure leadership is perfectly equipped for every sales conversation. You prep the CEO for a sales pitch, and presentations to win the accounts. Commercial Narratives: Own client data and account health. Translate metrics into clear stories that drive upsells and mitigate churn. Executive Enablement: Fully brief and prepare the Head of Growth for key calls with AAA materials (slides, benchmarks, and strategy). Strategic Roadmapping: Build 6-month roadmaps for key accounts based on structured logic and business goals. Account Health: Monitor NPS and engagement signals to proactively propose growth or retention actions. Targeted Outreach: Execute data-backed, selective outreach to strategic prospects in the US and Europe.
