• Contact warm inbound leads who have shown interest in solar products and services • Qualify homeowners against company criteria • Handle basic objections professionally and confidently • Schedule qualified in-person appointments within the CRM • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to aged homeowner lists • Re-engage missed or no-show appointments • Maintain accurate CRM notes and lead statuses • Meet daily and monthly appointment-setting targets • Deliver a high-energy, professional customer experience on every call • Work collaboratively with the US-based sales team
Job Requirements
- Previous appointment-setting, telesales, cold-calling, or SDR experience
- Prior solar industry experience highly preferred
- Experience within adjacent industries such as insurance, mortgage, home services, HVAC, roofing, or real estate cold calling is advantageous
- Strong verbal communication skills with fluent English
- Neutral or near-neutral accent suitable for US customers
- Friendly, confident, and conversational phone manner
- Emotionally resilient and comfortable handling rejection
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable working high call volumes daily
- Full-time availability aligned to US Eastern Time
- Saturday availability is non-negotiable
- Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRMs advantageous
- Stable internet connection and professional remote working setup required

• Identify and research high-potential target accounts across e-commerce, SaaS, crypto-native businesses, trading firms, and digital agencies; • Design and execute structured outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone across European markets; • Qualify inbound leads through discovery conversations and assess product-market fit; • Book and coordinate discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives / sales leadership; • Maintain CRM accuracy (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar): lead data, notes, pipeline stages, next steps; • Track and optimize outreach performance metrics (volume, response rates, meetings booked, SQLs generated); • Collaborate with marketing to refine ICPs, messaging angles, and campaign targeting; • Develop strong product knowledge across core and advanced financial offerings to articulate value clearly; • Continuously test messaging hypotheses and improve lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
