Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. - Process daily quote requests in Model N with high accuracy and within defined turnaround times. - Review and validate quote inputs, including MPN, quantity, distributor target cost, and competitive information. - Ensure quotes are aligned with pricing guidelines, floor pricing, and business strategies. - Maintain quote lifecycle (approval, expiry, updates) and ensure data integrity in the system. - Work closely with Business Unit (BU) Pricing teams to obtain approvals for quotes and resolve exceptions. - Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to support pricing decisions. - Provide insights to support margin optimization and quote-to-debit conversion performance. - Act as a key point of contact for quoting-related queries from internal and external stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and pricing governance. - Support SOX controls and documentation where applicable. - Maintain accurate documentation of quote decisions and approvals. - Support reporting and dashboard development for quoting performance metrics. Track key KPIs such as quote turnaround time, conversion rates, and backlog. - Prepare reports, presentations, and operational summaries as required. - Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance business processes, including developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and operating as a culture vanguard towards infusing AI into everyday work. Requirement: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Supply Chain with related pricing or quotation experience! - 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or operations management, facing internal and external customers! - Sales based mentality, proactive problem solver, skilled at customer negotiations - Customer focused attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills - Strong data and analytical skills - Energetic teammate with a focus on high performance and follow-through skills - Flexible with ability to adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment - Ability to manage own time and multi-task combined with strong organizational skills - Ability to represent the company in a highly professional manner both over the phone and face-to-face - Be able to independently make decisions - Knowledge of channel business models a plus - Intermediate/Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams), ERP/CRM system or similar (Model N, SAP), Reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI), SharePoint About Micron Technology, Inc.
