Qualifications - Strong experience developing enterprise software applications across multiple programming languages, frameworks, and technology stacks required. - Experience leading or mentoring software development teams within Agile development environments preferred. - Proven ability to design and implement full-stack software solutions including web applications, APIs, databases, and distributed systems. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with experience working directly with clients and technical stakeholders required.

- The full Aperture OS codebase — architecture, quality, and evolution. - Feature development end-to-end: scoping, building, shipping, iterating. - API integrations — pulling data from ad platforms, creative tools, and internal systems. - AI and LLM integrations — we use AI heavily in our creative and analysis workflows. - Database design and data modelling as the product grows. - Infrastructure, hosting, and deployment — keeping things running reliably. - Security, access control, and compliance for a multi-client environment.

• Customize and extend D365 CE modules using Power Apps, JavaScript, and C#. • Build and maintain Power Automate flows and integration endpoints. • Work on Sprint-based deliveries with clear unit testing and version control. • Contribute to portal build-outs using Power Pages (with UX team). • Collaborate with QA and BAs for feature validation and deployment.
