Depending on experience and capabilities, this person may also serve as a technical lead, mentoring team members and helping guide software development best practices across projects. - Develop and maintain enterprise-level software applications and platforms within an Agile software development environment. - Support ongoing feature development, maintenance, testing, and optimization for large-scale distributed systems and consumer-facing applications. - Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship and technical guidance to less experienced engineers. - Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide technical consulting, solution design, and effort estimation for project initiatives. - Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions across web applications, APIs, mobile technologies, and database systems. - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, container orchestration, and deployment processes to improve software delivery efficiency. - Analyze system and application performance and implement enhancements to improve scalability, reliability, and user experience. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support innovation efforts related to AI engineering enablement and implementation. Qualifications - Strong experience developing enterprise software applications across multiple programming languages, frameworks, and technology stacks required. - Experience leading or mentoring software development teams within Agile development environments preferred. - Proven ability to design and implement full-stack software solutions including web applications, APIs, databases, and distributed systems. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with experience working directly with clients and technical stakeholders required.
