VoE Data Analyst – Temporary Part Time

• Support the administration, execution, and analysis of employee listening initiatives, including engagement surveys, pulse surveys, lifecycle surveys, and ad hoc feedback efforts using platforms such as CultureAmp. • Analyze qualitative and quantitative employee feedback data to identify trends, themes, strengths, and opportunity areas across the employee experience. • Develop clear, compelling, and visually engaging presentations and reports that communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership. • Partner with your People Team & Experience teammates and other stakeholders in our Shared Services organization to support the creation, tracking, and follow-through of action plans resulting from employee feedback and survey insights. • Maintain strong attention to detail while managing survey timelines, reporting deliverables, data accuracy, and documentation. • Support ongoing people strategy initiatives and special projects related to employee engagement, inclusion, culture, and the Employee Value Proposition. • Utilize tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT to streamline workflows, strengthen analyses, improve presentation quality, and enhance team efficiency. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee feedback and data. • Stay informed on employee experience and Voice of the Employee best practices, bringing new ideas and continuous improvement recommendations to the team.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as business, marketing, data and analytics, insights, human resources, or a similar field is preferred.
- 2+ years of related experience in Data Analysis, Voice of the Employee or People Strategy.
- Experience working with core Microsoft suite tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written and oral communication
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, understand, and prioritize daily tasks
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking abilities
- Desire to learn and continuously improve
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Employee Survey tools like CultureAmp or similar.
- Work experience in management/technology consulting or professional services industries.
