Amazon Connect Architect

Miratech

• Architect end-to-end AWS-based solutions for Amazon Connect digital contact centers • Build custom chat widgets and agent desktops using Lambda, API Gateway, and modern front-end frameworks • Design event-driven, scalable cloud architectures following AWS Well-Architected principles • Implement GenAI solutions using Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and third-party/open-source LLMs • Integrate conversational intelligence into customer and agent workflows with AI/ML teams • Configure and manage IAM, VPCs, CloudWatch monitoring, logging, and security controls • Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards • Integrate Amazon Connect with third-party CRMs and enterprise systems • Design streaming APIs, event-handling logic, and reporting APIs • Lead cross-functional engineering, DevOps, and product teams to deliver complex solutions • Align architectural strategy with business and customer experience goals

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in AWS architecture and cloud solution development
  • Deep expertise with Amazon Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, Lex, Bedrock, DynamoDB, S3 & CloudWatch
  • Proven experience with GenAI technologies (AWS-native & open-source models)
  • Strong understanding of IAM, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and security practices
  • Experience building custom chat widgets and agent workspace solutions
  • Hands-on experience with CRM integrations and real-time event streaming
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Nice to Have: WS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
  • Experience with regulated industries (HIPAA, GDPR, Finance, Healthcare)
  • Familiarity with AI/ML services such as SageMaker, Kendra, Q in Connect, Agent Core, Strands
  • Experience applying LLMs, foundation models, or SLMs in customer service use cases

Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated Data Center Architect with proven experience in data center building planning and design. In this role, you will act as the key Subject Matter Expert (SME) for mission-critical data center building systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guide building designs, enforce Owner standards, and address construction issues and substitutions.
