Qualifications - You hold a master’s degree in IT, Information Security, or a related field. - You bring 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud architecture. - You design solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, and understand their core services inside out. - You build hybrid and multicloud environments that avoid lock-in and stay flexible. - You automate infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, or Pulumi. - You work with Docker and Kubernetes and understand modern platform engineering. - You apply cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and Zero Trust principles. - You understand compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR. - You design secure, scalable networks across cloud and on-premises environments. - You monitor performance with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Azure Monitor, or CloudWatch. - You optimize costs and improve efficiency with a sharp, analytical mindset. - You communicate clearly, influence stakeholders, and take ownership. - Certifications like AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, or TOGAF strengthen your profile. - You take initiative, think ahead, and keep improving. • You expand our indirect channel and drive sales of metalworking fluids and industrial lubricants • You win new business and strengthen existing partnerships • You identify, onboard and develop distributors in key markets • You bring insights on market trends, pricing and competition • You manage budgets, monitor results and take ownership of the full P&L • You act as the link between distributors and Q8 • You tackle challenges in the sales chain and ensure smooth operations • You gather market insights and work with product teams to grow our presence in industrial applications • You travel regularly, meet partners and attend events to stay ahead of market developments

• You develop and execute multi year account plans aligned with global objectives. • You identify new opportunities within existing accounts such as new markets, product lines and regions and actively expand your pipeline. • You build long term, trust based relationships with decision makers and OEM partners worldwide. • You optimize the key account structure across Europe and coordinate pricing, contracts and sales activities between regions. • You ensure local sales teams align with global agreements and service levels. • You act as the central point of contact for the customer’s international organization. • You negotiate international contracts, supply agreements, pricing structures and rebate programs. • You manage global RFQs and RFIs with focus and precision. • You safeguard margins, price stability and profitability across markets. • You steer OEM development projects from concept to launch. • You align engineering, R and D, product management, marketing and quality teams around shared milestones. • You track validation processes and timelines to deliver on commitments. • You collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Management and Customer Service. • You act as the escalation point when challenges arise and lead solution driven discussions. • You monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments. • You translate insights into sharp strategies and clear reporting for senior leadership.
