• Lead the design, maintenance, and evolution of conceptual and logical information models that enable shared understanding of core business concepts across the organisation • Own and contribute to central information architecture artefacts such as the Enterprise Data Model and Data Domain Map, ensuring alignment across domains and initiatives • Lead definition and adoption of business concepts, taxonomies, and semantic standards • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data product teams, solution architects, and engineers to translate business needs into clear information models that guide downstream implementations • Ensure alignment between information architecture, data governance policies, and quality expectations • Assess as‑is and define target‑state information flows supporting interoperability and lineage • Set guardrails and best practices for information modelling across initiatives • Guide teams in applying enterprise information models in local delivery contexts • Promote reuse‑first and business‑aligned modelling principles • Educate, guide, and coach stakeholders and architects, helping to embed information architecture thinking across teams • Mentor architects and contribute to capability building across the architecture community • Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture tooling and ways of working, including integration with data catalogues and metadata management tools
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience as an Information Architect, Data Architect, or similar senior role
- Proven ability to translate complex business concepts into clear information models, taxonomies, and definitions
- Strong track record of enterprise‑level conceptual and logical data modelling
- Deep understanding of semantic modelling, taxonomies, ontologies, and business glossaries
- Strong understanding of how information architecture, data management, and data governance work together
- Experience working closely with data governance and architecture communities
- Hands on experience with ontology or semantic standards (e.g. RDF, OWL, SKOS, SPARQL) or equivalent conceptual modelling approaches
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across domains
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Experience in large‑scale, transformation‑driven organizations

Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated Data Center Architect with proven experience in data center building planning and design. In this role, you will act as the key Subject Matter Expert (SME) for mission-critical data center building systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guide building designs, enforce Owner standards, and address construction issues and substitutions. ICF seeks an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to lead the design and governance of secure, scalable cloud-native solutions in complex, regulated enterprise environments. This position plays a lead role in modernization initiatives, requiring strong architectural leadership, security alignment, and a DevSecOps mindset. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, enterprise cloud governance, and secure platform architecture. Partnering with an AWS architect, this role will drive the modernization approach for a portfolio of applications.
