Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Principal Engineer-Commercial Nuclear to join our engineering organization. In this role, you will serve as a technical leader within our commercial nuclear team, driving the design, development, and integration of digital and analog electronic systems. Your expertise will shape innovative solutions and ensure the performance, reliability, and sustainability of mission-critical systems, while contributing to the long-term evolution of our engineering capabilities. Job Responsibilities - Design, troubleshoot and implement digital and analog systems incorporating A/D, D/A, microprocessors and microcontrollers. - Provide obsolescence management for legacy analog systems, including the selection and justification of alternate/substitute components. - Generate proposals related to upgrades of existing installed legacy systems as well as new system installations, including technical descriptions and budget/schedule estimates. - Provide schedule and technical compliance updates to management to effectively manage the execution of complex design programs. - Validate system performance using analysis, simulation, and laboratory testing. - Generate complete system documentation and provide input to technical proposals to effectively communicate the design and/or approach to our internal and external customers. - Apply Design for X (DfX) methodologies including but not limited to Design for Cost, Design for Test, and Design for Manufacturability into the products being developed. - Independently develop and implement corrective action to product and procedural problems identified. - Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. - Communicate with the customer and internal management as a technical expert to achieve cost effective, technically compliant best in class design solutions. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to power electronics design processes and methodologies. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in electronic system design and development. - Experience with a range of technologies, including processor architectures (e.g., Motorola 68000/MC68360, PowerPC, TI DSP), digital logic (TTL/HC), FPGA/toolchains (Xilinx ISE, Altera, Actel/Microsemi SmartFusion with Libero), and interfaces (PCI/PCIe, VME64x, ECC memory). - Proficiency with design tools such as Cadence OrCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint). - Strong product development experience with demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities. - Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional engineering teams. - Demonstrated leadership experience guiding technical teams and projects. - Experience designing Single Event Upset (SEU)-tolerant systems. - Familiarity with U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) regulations, policies, and procedures. - Experience with Commercial Grade Item Dedication (CGID) for nuclear safety applications. - Knowledge of commercial nuclear and/or military specifications and design practices. - U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment. • Promote timely response to key Asian customer’s technical requirements, such as high level trouble Shooting, new product launches and finish Joint Development Programs activities with R&D and Project team. • Provide application development and laboratory analysis support for CS business unit in Asia. • Maintains make up and dump schedules for each chemical process installed in the pilot lines. • Work on joint projects with Global R&D for new product /process development as assignment. • Mainly support scale testing and further ME and IC new product application development. • Produce high quality samples to support product and process certification of customers according to business demands. • Translate application know-how from R&D to both internal and external customers. • Provide sampling and high level technical onsite service to key customers. • Complete ME failure analysis of technical issues as both internal and external customer demands. • Finish the assigned projects by team leader and 100% follow GDAC procedure, such as 5S, HSE and related documents.

• Own and manage our Bug Bounty programs: triage reports, validate findings, and reproduce PoCs. • Collaborate with developers and product owners to propose and support remediation of security issues. • Write or review pull requests to fix security vulnerabilities directly in the codebase. • Validate results from external pentests and integrate them into the development backlog. • Contribute to threat modeling, code review, and security design discussions. • Support the Secure Development Lifecycle (SAST, dependency scanning, security automation in CI/CD). • Perform lightweight pentesting of new features and releases when needed. • Maintain clear documentation to support AppSec processes. • Coordinate security communication between Security, Developers, and Product for faster resolution of security tickets.
