• Support all users of the platform before, during, and after their event • Run regular webinars for event organizers and exhibitors • Help the event team create content for attendees, exhibitors and organizers • Provide online and/or onsite support for events throughout their duration

• Communicating efficiently and effectively with our customers - we use Intercom conversations to do most of our support, but you'll also be talking to customers via video calls every now and then (webinars etc.) • Owning customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution, or escalation to the appropriate SME when needed • Becoming an encyclopedia of knowledge about how Swapcard works and what it is capable of for all user types and plans • Being the one responsible, along with the Success team, to ensure that all customers have a great experience with our platform - a crucial part of the role is ensuring we make Swapcard as intuitive, reliable, bug-free and fast as possible • Working directly with Product teams to identify current issues and, synthesizing the diverse feedback you hear from our customers, offer informed opinions on potential solutions • Continuously identify Help Center content gaps and record knowledge

• Handle the Company corporate transactions including funding, M&A, investment, and other strategic operations in a substantive fashion (e.g., structuring corporate documentation, due diligence participation, negotiation of investment agreements, post-closing formalities). • Handle corporate secretary for the French entity and its 8 worldwide subsidiaries and ensure compliance with local corporate law. • Manage our ESOP plans distributed to our collaborators worldwide and associated formalities • Assist in developing and executing legal strategy regarding group structuration and setting up new entities around the world. • Provide corporate advices to the founders and different stakeholders of the company • Proactively collaborate with the finance team and our outside counsels.

• Territory mapping for target accounts and administration of internal systems and the coordination of services efforts/deployment of resources to deliver to client goals. • Execution on Inbound Lead management, moving quickly to discovery phase to qualify in or out of customer-fit. • Maximise inbound leads to develop Outbound pipeline development programmes to further increase pipeline and bring Swapcard solutions to your given market. • Adopt and develop sales best practices, leveraging systems to maximise efficiency while delivering exceptional sales experience for the prospect. • Understand and interpret prospect needs to align solution with requirements focusing on value creation rather than feature function. • Develop strong foundational knowledge of product and event tech stack ecosystems. • Reliable forecasting and deal transparency as well as reference case development and roadmap inputs will form part of the measures of success for performance assessment. Results both financial and leverage are critical to the success of this role.

• Own and manage our Bug Bounty programs: triage reports, validate findings, and reproduce PoCs. • Collaborate with developers and product owners to propose and support remediation of security issues. • Write or review pull requests to fix security vulnerabilities directly in the codebase. • Validate results from external pentests and integrate them into the development backlog. • Contribute to threat modeling, code review, and security design discussions. • Support the Secure Development Lifecycle (SAST, dependency scanning, security automation in CI/CD). • Perform lightweight pentesting of new features and releases when needed. • Maintain clear documentation to support AppSec processes. • Coordinate security communication between Security, Developers, and Product for faster resolution of security tickets.

• Lead the full implementation process from client signature to go-live. • Maintain clear, structured documentation throughout the onboarding process. • Collect and organize Internal full handover documentation calls to align technical setup to lead the delivery phase matching client objectives. • Ensure all decisions and setup information are captured for seamless handoff to CAM. • Manage all technical setup (event structure, integrations, branding) • Supervise the Swapcard & Avolio registration experience. • Own Swapcard in-App roll out. • Build Registration logic and flows. • Setup the scoping document for both Simple and Advanced reg. • Creating the skeleton structure for reg implementation. • Collaborate with Registration Implementation Managers for Advanced builds. • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across Registration, Support, and Product when needed. • Share and continuously improve implementation frameworks and onboarding playbooks. • Serve as the client’s project lead during onboarding. • Collaborating with CAM for long-term success.

• As a Technical Product Owner, you will lead a squad of engineers, owning your product area end to end, from roadmap strategy to shipped features. • That means you'll be the person who talks to clients and end-users, to internal sales and success team, digs into usage data, and translates what you learn into a clear, prioritized backlog. • You'll write user stories and acceptance criteria that engineers can actually build from. • You'll make the hard calls on what to build next, balancing new capabilities, technical debt, and bug fixes based on real customer impact. • You'll also be deeply involved in the technical side: understanding system constraints, discussing architecture trade-offs with your developers, and working with designers to make sure what's feasible is also what's right for users. • This is a role for someone who wants to own outcomes, not just manage a backlog.

• Multi-channel prospecting: Email, phone, LinkedIn actions (including video), voicemail drops, etc. • Lead conversion: Respond to GTM campaign-sourced leads within 24h, run light discovery, and secure meetings. • Qualification rigor: Ensure every booked meeting meets fit & intent criteria; protect AE calendar. • Account research & hygiene: Enrich contacts, log intent signals, and maintain CRM accuracy. • Leverage modern sales tech: Combine automation with judgment: Outreach sequences, ChatGPT/Claude for quick personalization, Avoma call summaries, Notion AI for note-sync. • Experiment & document: A/B test subject lines, call openers, channel mix; contribute wins to the SDR playbook. • Cross-functional feedback loop: Meet weekly with Sales and GTM & MOps teams; close the “lead-to-pipeline” data gap
