• Develop detailed specifications for the engineering team to convert immigration forms into streamlined digital intakes, ensuring seamless data mapping for PDFs and electronic filings. • Monitor USCIS, DOL, and DOS form releases, policy updates, and edition changes to ensure our forms library reflects current government requirements within required compliance windows. • Validate e-filing output against USCIS and DOL electronic submission specifications, ensuring our platform meets government portal requirements. • Stay current on changes to USCIS online filing, the DOL FLAG system, and other government electronic submission processes. • Identify priorities for form expansion or additions based on customer feedback. • Work closely with product and engineering teams to refine form mapping and optimize the user experience for attorneys and their staff. • Investigate and troubleshoot form issues, pinpointing root causes and collaborating with engineers to implement effective solutions. • Apply your industry expertise to ensure our forms remain accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with how immigration cases are actually prepared in practice.

• Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide guidance on utilizing the ERP system effectively with a strong understanding of Plant Maintenance, Product Compliance and Dangerous Goods Management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that leverage S/4HANA, enhancing our Plan to Sustain processes in alignment with desired RTX operating model and industry best practices. • Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows and data policies. • Configure and manage SAP systems to support Plant Maintenance, Product Compliance and Dangerous Goods Management processes effectively. • Lead testing and defect remediation of SAP systems in support of Plant Maintenance, Product Compliance and Dangerous Goods Management processes. • Assist data team and process teams in data mapping activities and testing. • Deliver Project Artifacts including Configuration Design Documents, Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, and Test Plans for any forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations and workflows deemed in scope for Plant Maintenance, Product Compliance, and Dangerous Goods Management processes. • Ensure that RTX is positioned for future success within all functional areas of Plan to Sustain.

• Assist on internal process/technical audits and/or verification of corrective action, as designated by the department manager. • Documenting the audit results and logging audits to unveil trends within a lab or across all labs. • Develop and/or modify policies, procedures, and training modules, based on the outcome of audits or as designated by the department manager. • Review completed quotes for technical accuracy and create and/or modify entries in the pricing/capabilities database. • Work with Contracts/Sales/Marketing during quote function on large jobs to ensure vendor qualifications, contracts, special handling, etc. on TMS items. • Monitor vendor corrective actions. • Interface with Purchasing to assist in negotiating best terms within established requirements for both Transcat and customer calibration requirements.

Role Description The Financial Analyst, Corporate Initiatives supports strategic growth and investment decisions through advanced financial analysis, modeling, and performance reporting. This role is responsible for evaluating new initiatives and capital proposals using NPV, IRR, sensitivity, and scenario analyses, as well as monitoring project performance against approved plans and budgets. - Build financial models including NPV, IRR, sensitivity, and scenario analyses to support new initiatives and capital proposals. - Monitor actual project results versus projections/budget/initial plan, perform variance analysis, and identify cost or ROI issues. - Collaborate on forecasts and annual budgets; produce and deliver dashboards, KPI summaries, and variance reports to management. - Conduct “what-if” and scenario planning to evaluate impact of strategic pivots. - Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leaders. - Partner with IT, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial projections, timelines, and project milestones. - Summarize complex financial insights into compelling narratives and presentations for executive leadership. - Perform other ad-hoc analysis as needed to support business objectives. - Enhance FP&A tools, reporting processes, and methodologies aimed at improving accuracy, efficiency, and transparency. - All other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required. - 3+ years in FP&A or Corporate Finance with proven experience in modeling, forecasting, and executive communication. - Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. - Experience in capital budgeting and project finance. - Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (desired). - Certified Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certifications are highly desired. - Previous experience in an FP&A role within the mortgage subservicing or servicing industries (desired). - Experience or transferable skills leveraging digital tools such as Power BI, SQL with demonstrated ability to succinctly analyze large amounts of data (desired). Compensation Range $58,700 - $98,600 annually. Actual compensation may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills and experience.
