Proactively assess risks across the small molecule network and develop mitigation plans. - Support supply chain strategic initiatives such as implementing safety stock for materials, monitoring operational readiness, capacity analysis, and integration of different systems requirements - Led creation and maintenance of master data, including lead times, pricing, and approved vendor lists and perform periodic review of master data and ensure alignment with department policies and guidelines - Drive excellence in end-to-end operations through management of key supply chain KPI's. Identify operational efficiency and continuous improvement opportunities across the supply chain to deliver a best-in-class supply chain. - Represent the Supply Chain on project sub-teams and task forces, executing supply chain production activities with general guidance.
