Who You Are The Supply Chain team is seeking a Subcontract Management, Senior What You Will Be Doing The Subcontract Management senior will be handling supplier source selection, purchase order placement and administration. Duties also include cost/price analysis, negotiations, documentation, purchase order maintenance and interface with functional organizations and supplier management. Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontracts. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Procurement of build to principle. AeroSCM Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university • Experience in (2) of the following: -Experience with variety of contract types including *Firm-Fixed Price Contracts *Cost type Contracts *Time and Material Contracts -Leading high stakes negotiations with suppliers -Negotiating Terms & Conditions with suppliers - Managing complex contracts at a variety of dollar values Desired Skills: • +4 years’ in supply chain management and/or procurement • Proficient use of MS Excel and Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP) or equivalent purchasing/ERP system, such as Procure to Pay • Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) • Works independently and in a collaborative and team-based environment • Experience with multi-tasking and managing competing priorities • Experience with analyzing complex problems and recommending solutions Security Clearance Statement:This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
