What You Will Do Project Management Knowledge - Adapt existing industry knowledge to Zonda products and processes to elevate communication, project quality, and client satisfaction. - Manage medium to large-scale concurrent projects with different delivery timelines. - Hold kickoff meetings, progress reviews, and demos. - Define scope, budget, timeline, dependencies, and deliverables for each project. - Set client expectations from project kickoff to completion including communication platforms, delivery timelines, and management of revisions. - Identify risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies. - Provide quoting support for client revisions. - Deliver consistent reporting and recommend practical process improvements. - Ensure clear communication between client and production artists. - Maintain consistent architectural accuracy and quality of deliverables.
