The Role Zonda is seeking a 3D ArchViz Supervisor to lead and elevate our growing production teams responsible for creating high-quality virtual marketing assets for the homebuilding industry. This role blends creative leadership, technical expertise, operational oversight, and team development. What You'll Do - Contribute to the production and oversight of a wide range of 3D visualization and virtual experience projects. - Lead, coach, mentor, and support a team of approximately 40 3D artists across multiple disciplines, teams, and production streams. - Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team culture focused on creativity, accountability, and continuous growth. - Partner closely with the Creative Director to drive scalable quality improvements across deliverables and production standards. - Collaborate with development teams to improve workflows, optimize production pipelines, and help ensure tools remain innovative and efficient. - Organize and facilitate team meetings, production reviews, and collaborative working sessions. - Work cross-functionally with project managers, creative leadership, and production teams to align on deliverables, timelines, client expectations, and quality standards. - Troubleshoot technical and production challenges throughout the visualization pipeline. - Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, quality, consistency, and overall production performance. - Assist with the development and maintenance of asset libraries, templates, documentation, and quality standards. - Explore and evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies that can enhance production workflows, quality, scalability, and team efficiency. - Stay current on industry trends, rendering techniques, visualization technologies, and real-time production innovations. - Support ongoing team development and contribute to performance management processes. Who You Are You are a creative and technically skilled visualization leader who knows how to balance artistic quality with operational execution. What You Bring - 10+ years of professional experience in 3D visualization, architectural visualization, or real-time environments. - 3+ years of leadership experience managing or overseeing production teams. - Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality architectural visualization and/or virtual experience work. - Deep understanding of modeling, materials, lighting, interior design, photorealism, and rendering workflows. - Advanced knowledge of: - 3ds Max - V-Ray and/or Corona - Unreal Engine - Photoshop - Demonstrated interest in exploring and leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve production workflows, efficiency, quality, and scalability. - Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills. - Self-starter mentality with a forward-thinking and continuously learning mindset. - Experience with Adobe Substance, Revit, or AutoCAD is a plus. - Knowledge of scripting, automation, or production pipeline tools is a plus. - Experience supporting residential homebuilders, real estate marketing, or related industries is preferred. - Experience working with global or multi-location production teams is preferred.
