Job Duties: Lead a team of software engineers to deliver significant business results as well as maintain and incrementally improve software applications used by Schwab's Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) community. Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align platform development with broader organizational goals. Advocate for technological advancements that drive business value. Lead day-to-day activities and influence team members to leverage and support agile software development practices. Develop and document resourcing roadmaps, budgets and schedules.
