Qualifications: - Considerable experience guiding agile teams through transformation. - Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices and Agile project management concepts is preferred. - Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and team-building skills. - Proficient in presentation, influence, and relationship management. - Previous experience as a Scrum Master is required. - Agile certification is preferred. - Project management skills and the ability to multitask in a cross-functional environment are preferred. - Experience with Agile Transformation and working with non-traditional teams. - Proficiency in Jira and Confluence is preferred.
