Role Description As a Project Quality Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Project Quality Engineers who support a portfolio of projects for key customers, including identifying quality deliverables as outlined in customer specifications and contracts. This role requires you to lead and direct the workload and support projects as required with key quality deliverables as specified. You will be responsible for developing the project quality engineers who support projects for various customers and with various equipment requirements. As a Lead, you will be responsible for the Quality segment of GSI NAM from inquiry to order, order to remittance, including closeout & warranty on projects. This includes: - Identifying, developing, & delivering documented quality deliverables for the project to the customer & supplier. - Ensuring GSI NAM’s Quality program is thoroughly represented in all offerings. - Supporting the project through inspections and factory acceptance testing. - Working closely with suppliers and sub-contractors to deliver equipment and construction requirements. - Ensuring equipment and site work deliverables are identified and communicated with suppliers & subcontractors. Qualifications - Degree in Engineering discipline: Electrical Engineering (preferred), Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering or equivalent. - 5–10+ years in quality engineering within High-voltage substations or transmission & distribution projects. - Experience in EPC or large infrastructure projects in the U.S. - Strong exposure to FAT/SAT and Field construction quality. - Familiar with applicable standards: IEEE, ANSI, NEC, NEMA. - 5+ years of experience in managing and developing people as well as setting goals. - Tools: Dashboards, NCR/CAPA systems, Inspection and test planning, Root cause analysis tools such as 8D, DMAIC, Fishbone, 5 Why. - Project Management Experience. - ASQ or PMI Certification – PMP, CPSQ, CQE, CMQ/OE. - Familiarity with Blueprint – Engineering Drawing, Schematics, One-Line Diagrams. - Technical and/or Equipment Experience such as transformers, switchgear, control panels, prefabricated/control buildings, welding, cabling, fabrication. - Good communicator and influencer. - Quality Tools Experience – Basic and Advanced. - Travel Requirements up to 75%. - Language Requirement: English is a must. - Ability to drive and have a valid driver’s license. • Test Growth experiments, new features, and product improvements across web applications. • Create and execute detailed manual test cases and regression test plans. • Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and expected behavior. • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers throughout the development lifecycle. • Participate in feature reviews and provide early feedback on usability, edge cases, and potential risks. • Help improve QA processes, testing documentation, and release confidence. • Contribute to maintaining high product quality in a fast-moving, experiment-driven environment. • Work autonomously while proactively communicating risks, blockers, and testing outcomes.

• Developing a strategy to implement Salesforce Test Automation suites across 3+ scrum teams • Developing and maintaining end-to-end automation testing frameworks and automation suites • Building, executing and maintaining automated tests, designing code and deploying automated test scripts, using Jenkins and Selenium Grid remote platforms • Performing Performance Testing, which may include designing performance test scenarios to simulate the desired workload profile • Executing performance tests and interpreting performance test data to determine system health under load. • Designing and developing test and testing requirements for products, systems, software, and/or related technology using independent judgement • Conducting quality assurance and design performance tests using established testing procedures • Preparing reports and advanced analysis for testing • Participating in Agile software development initiatives to support innovation and enhancement of applications

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for mobile applications. • Perform both manual and automated testing for iOS and Android applications. • Build scalable QA automation solutions using Appium integrated with Flutter applications. • Create and execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites. • Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies. • Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure software quality standards. • Participate in CI/CD and quality improvement initiatives. • Ensure high performance, stability, and usability of mobile applications.
