• Diseñe, desarrolle y ejecute scripts de prueba automatizados utilizando herramientas de automatización estándar de la industria. • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para comprender los requisitos de software y desarrollar planes de prueba. • Identificar, documentar y realizar un seguimiento de los defectos e inconsistencias del software. • Realice pruebas de regresión exhaustivas cuando se resuelvan los errores. • Analizar los resultados de las pruebas y proporcionar informes detallados al equipo de desarrollo. • Manténgase actualizado con las últimas tendencias y tecnologías de la industria en pruebas y automatización de software. • Mejorar y optimizar continuamente el proceso de pruebas de automatización.

Job Requirements

  • Experiencia comprobada como QA Automation Tester o puesto similar.
  • Fuerte conocimiento de metodologías, herramientas y procesos de prueba de software.
  • Dominio de lenguajes de programación como Java, Python o C#.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de automatización como Selenium, Appium o similares.
  • Familiaridad con metodologías de desarrollo ágiles.
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
  • Gran atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración.

Role Description As a Project Quality Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Project Quality Engineers who support a portfolio of projects for key customers, including identifying quality deliverables as outlined in customer specifications and contracts. This role requires you to lead and direct the workload and support projects as required with key quality deliverables as specified. You will be responsible for developing the project quality engineers who support projects for various customers and with various equipment requirements. As a Lead, you will be responsible for the Quality segment of GSI NAM from inquiry to order, order to remittance, including closeout & warranty on projects. This includes: - Identifying, developing, & delivering documented quality deliverables for the project to the customer & supplier. - Ensuring GSI NAM’s Quality program is thoroughly represented in all offerings. - Supporting the project through inspections and factory acceptance testing. - Working closely with suppliers and sub-contractors to deliver equipment and construction requirements. - Ensuring equipment and site work deliverables are identified and communicated with suppliers & subcontractors. In this role, you will use your experience or expertise to: - Develop and deliver on quality requirements. - Solve problems and influence a quality-minded culture. - Develop and execute objectives for self and others. - Effect short-term and some long-term business goals. - Ensure compliance to all quality requirements from Project Management process and GEV standards. - Foster Quality Assurance and Quality Control in all execution areas. - Assure fulfillment of all contractual commitments provided to the Customer. Qualifications - Degree in Engineering discipline: Electrical Engineering (preferred), Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering or equivalent. - 5–10+ years in quality engineering within High-voltage substations or transmission & distribution projects. - Experience in EPC or large infrastructure projects in the U.S. - Strong exposure to FAT/SAT and Field construction quality. - Familiar with applicable standards: IEEE, ANSI, NEC, NEMA. - 5+ years of experience in managing and developing people as well as setting goals. - Tools: Dashboards, NCR/CAPA systems, Inspection and test planning, Root cause analysis tools such as 8D, DMAIC, Fishbone, 5 Why. - Project Management Experience. - ASQ or PMI Certification – PMP, CPSQ, CQE, CMQ/OE. - Familiarity with Blueprint – Engineering Drawing, Schematics, One-Line Diagrams. - Technical and/or Equipment Experience such as transformers, switchgear, control panels, prefabricated/control buildings, welding, cabling, fabrication. - Good communicator and influencer. - Quality Tools Experience – Basic and Advanced. - Travel Requirements up to 75%. - Language Requirement: English is a must. - Ability to drive and have a valid driver’s license. Requirements - Experience in leading quality activities in EPC Projects. - Knowledge and experience of ISO9001 Standards and auditing. - Data Analysis – Paretos and Dashboards. - IT tool skills - Microsoft Office, PowerBI, document control systems, non-conformance management systems, SAP, or similar.
