Role Description In this role as a Business Development Manager, you will focus on identifying new leads for expansion and developing innovative strategies to grow the business by recognizing opportunities and addressing needs within the CFD industry in the CIS region. You will be responsible for expanding and managing a portfolio of Brokers and Partners while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will work closely with regional marketing and client relations teams. - Business leads origination: Play an active role in identifying new leads for expansion and developing new ways to grow businesses through identifying needs within the CFD industry. - Active business relationship building and engagement: Maintain a strong business development relationship with IBs and expand the portfolio of Introducing Brokers and Partners while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Sales pipeline development: Consistently develop a healthy pipeline of sales by diversifying the IB pool from the CFD industry to achieve the set monthly/quarterly sales target. - Competitor analysis: Conduct periodic competitor analysis to understand potential competition and identify opportunities for VT Market to capitalize on for business growth. - Troubleshooting and business support: Act as the primary contact for all issues experienced by partners and the IB side, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues. Qualifications - 1 year and above of work experience in the CFD industry within the business development sphere. - Strong experience in dealing with IBs and partners. - Fluent speaker of Russian language. - Strong base of IBs and partners through personal portfolios in the CIS region. - A diploma or degree in any field. - Experience in utilizing CRM tools as part of business development initiatives, such as Salesforce and others. - Proficiency in utilizing Excel for data analysis tasks and PowerPoint for preparing sales pitches/decks. Requirements - Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets through a well-managed and continuously replenished sales pipeline. - Develop strong relationships with personal portfolios of IBs and partners. - Significant contribution to the business top line and user acquisition. - Active participation in social-based events such as workshops, seminars, and other events as part of the business development strategy.
