This Business Development Representative (BDR) role will directly contribute to that business growth. As Mastercard Services continues to build and expand our relationships into new industries and buying centers, the BDR will be responsible for both inbound lead management / follow-up and outbound cold outreach activities (email, social media / LinkedIn, cold calls) to engage our ideal customer profiles / senior decision-makers at enterprise organizations, book meetings with qualified personas, and source business opportunities for Mastercard Services. This role will be exposed to the broad Mastercard Services product set and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development and the Services B2B Marketing team of which this role is part. Services is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services. This position is targeted at experienced Business Development Representatives who are motivated to grow and develop within Mastercard over the longer term and who thrive in a fast-changing, enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities - Execute multichannel outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, selective phone outreach) and manage inbound leads occasionally - Engage senior enterprise decision-makers across European markets and book qualified sales meetings - Source high-quality, BANT-aligned opportunities and consistently deliver against quarterly opportunity targets - Act as a point of contact for assigned divisions, capability areas, and buying centers, while remaining flexible to support wider team priorities - Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Specialist teams to align messaging, priorities, and regional focus areas - Share best practices, messaging, and learnings openly within the BDR team Track performance metrics and continuously optimize outreach effectiveness - Stay current on Mastercard Services solutions, client challenges, and market trends across Europe About You - Proven experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR / SDR), ideally targeting enterprise customers - Able to navigate ambiguity and help shape ways of working in a rapidly evolving environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, second language strongly preferred, ideally Turkish or Arabic - Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Sales engagement tools such as Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar - Confident initiating and managing outbound prospecting across multiple channels, with a digital first approach - Able to navigate ambiguity and help shape ways of working in a rapidly evolving environment - Proactive self-starter with strong ownership of pipeline creation and follow-through - Team-oriented collaborator who thrives in a cross functional, international environment - Strong focus on hitting targets while maintaining quality and long-term relationships #servicesbd Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices; Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.
