Role Description The Product Marketing Executive is a hands‑on role focused on turning Xperience’s services and products into clear, compelling propositions that support lead generation, sales conversations and successful launches. This role sits between Product, Marketing and Sales, and is centred on execution rather than ownership of strategy. - Help bring propositions to life through clear messaging, practical marketing assets and well-co-ordinated go-to-market activity. - Work in close alignment with the Chief Product Officer, supporting product messaging, launch readiness and roadmap communication. - Ensure market feedback is fed back into the Product function. - Support launches, campaigns and sales enablement. - Help ensure products are clearly understood by customers and internal teams. Qualifications - 2–4 years’ experience in B2B marketing or product marketing, ideally within technology, software or professional services. - Strong copywriting skills and the ability to simplify technical information. - Experience creating marketing and sales collateral in a hands‑on role. - Confidence working with sales teams and internal stakeholders. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - A practical, delivery‑focused mindset. Requirements - Experience working in an SME or fast‑growing organisation (Desirable). - Exposure to IT services, software, cloud, cyber security, CRM or ERP (Desirable). - Familiarity with Microsoft‑aligned or partner‑led marketing activity (Desirable). - Basic understanding of CRM or marketing performance reporting (Desirable). About the Role We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own enterprise product marketing and sales enablement.
