Tus desafíos y responsabilidades (Tu Misión): - Liderar la visión funcional y el roadmap de la plataforma de Contact Center, priorizando capacidades clave para el Administrador de Interacción Omnicanal (Genesys Cloud) y la vista 360° del cliente (CRM MS Dynamics). - Conectar y co-crear con los programas de diferentes países, entendiendo sus dolores operativos para identificar oportunidades de producto globales versus requerimientos locales. - Traducir la estrategia en ejecución técnica, transformando las necesidades del negocio en definiciones funcionales detalladas, historias de usuario sólidas y requisitos de servicio claros para los equipos de desarrollo. - Maximizar el valor del backlog, coordinando activamente con Leads Técnicos y Product Managers en la planificación de releases, validación funcional y gestión de stakeholders. - Garantizar la excelencia en la documentación, manteniendo actualizados los flujos, definiciones funcionales y procesos en Confluence y Jira. Qualifications - Experiencia mínima de 5 años de trayectoria comprobada en Product Ownership, análisis funcional y soluciones de servicio en entornos de Contact Center u Omnicanalidad. - Comprensión profunda de las operaciones de Contact Center, KPIs operativos, flujos de interacción y procesos de atención de agentes. - Experiencia sólida trabajando con Genesys Cloud (nivel Mid-level) y MS Dynamics (nivel Senior). - Experiencia de trabajo en entornos de entrega Agile de alto rendimiento (Scrum / Kanban). - Dominio fluido de Español e Inglés Avanzado (C1), con capacidad para negociar y alinear stakeholders en organizaciones de producto multi-país. - Valoramos especialmente si cuentas con experiencia en integraciones críticas (Voice of Customer, plataformas de seguridad, Data Lakes, etc.). - Te apasiona aprender, compartir ideas y evolucionar junto al equipo. - Tienes una mentalidad autónoma, orientada al cliente y te entusiasma resolver problemas complejos en entornos globales e híbridos.
