There are no minimum hour requirements and no caps on your earnings. - Provide high-quality, empathetic, and evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families via our secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. - Conduct initial assessments, establish personalized treatment plans, and monitor client progress. - Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (intake notes, progress notes) within our user-friendly EHR system. - Manage your own availability and calendar through our platform. Qualifications - Active, Unrestricted License: You must be fully and independently licensed to practice therapy in your state (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD). - Tech-Savvy & Remote-Ready: Comfortable navigating telehealth software, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a private, quiet space to conduct confidential sessions. - Clinical Autonomy: Ability to work independently while maintaining high ethical and professional standards. - Malpractice Insurance: Must possess or be willing to obtain professional liability insurance. The Role: The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary clinical team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered palliative care to individuals with serious illness. In this value-based care model, the LCSW plays a critical role in addressing the psychosocial, emotional, and practical needs of patients and their families, supporting care coordination, goal-aligned decision-making including advance care planning and serious illness conversations, and improved quality of life across the continuum of care.
