Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Proven experience in sales, preferably within insurance, financial services, or related fields. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and excellent time management. - Comfortable working independently as well as part of a collaborative team. - Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Valid state insurance license or willingness to obtain licensure promptly.
