Role Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Electronics Engineer (m/f/x) to lead the development of advanced power electronics solutions for Solid State Transformer applications in datacenters, driving product architecture, technology roadmap, and research initiatives while providing technical leadership in customer projects, mentoring engineering teams, and continuously improving development processes and tools. Key Responsibilities - Develop Solid State Transformers for Datacenters. - Lead electronics and product architecture development. - Work as a subject matter expert in customer projects. - Drive company’s technology and product roadmap development. - Lead and plan research projects. - Support and mentor junior team members. - Drive electronics development process and tool development. - Strong analog and digital electronics design expertise (simulation, schematics, layout, EMC, thermal design, functional safety). - Experience with product testing, qualification, and relevant standards. - Proven electronics architecture design experience. - Technical leadership and project ownership experience. - Full product development lifecycle experience in automotive or similar industries. - Good knowledge of electronics development tools and processes. - Experience with electronics industrialization, EMS suppliers, and production test systems. - Background in power electronics and energy storage applications.
