Strategic Account Director

Elekta

Role Description Le rôle porte sur la vente stratégique et la gestion des relations clients, en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires et en développant les comptes existants dans un environnement médical spécialisé, notamment en oncologie (radiothérapie). Les professionnels interagissent directement avec les clients, évaluent leurs besoins et recommandent des solutions en combinant expertise clinique et commerciale. Ils élaborent des propositions et des plans stratégiques à long terme afin d’assurer une croissance durable des comptes. Le/La Directeur(trice) des comptes stratégiques représente Elekta auprès des clients et est responsable de la gestion complète des comptes et du processus de vente, incluant la coordination des spécialistes. Le rôle nécessite une interaction crédible avec les parties prenantes cliniques, ainsi que le suivi des activités liées à la livraison, l’installation et l’exécution contractuelle. Relevant du Head of Sales, Canada, le poste vise le développement des comptes existants et l’acquisition de nouveaux clients, incluant des sites concurrentiels, selon une approche stratégique à long terme. Les responsabilités incluent la gestion du territoire, le développement du pipeline et la représentation lors d’événements du secteur. Le rôle nécessite une bonne connaissance des solutions Elekta et de leurs applications cliniques en oncologie, afin d’optimiser l’utilisation des installations et soutenir leur expansion. Toutes les activités doivent respecter la méthodologie de vente Elekta et assurer une gestion rigoureuse du système CLM. Responsibilities - Assurer la gestion complète des comptes et du cycle de vente dans un environnement de radiothérapie, en coordination avec les équipes Elekta - Développer des opportunités ciblées et gérer les interactions clients en utilisant une approche stratégique et un contexte médical - Élaborer un plan stratégique annuel du territoire avec mises à jour trimestrielles - Maintenir un suivi régulier des comptes afin de soutenir une croissance à long terme - Assurer une gestion rigoureuse des données dans le système CLM - Atteindre les objectifs de vente avec une approche de croissance durable - Respecter la méthodologie de vente et les principes de gouvernance Elekta - Comprendre les besoins des clients, incluant les flux cliniques en radiothérapie - Optimiser l’utilisation des installations et favoriser l’adoption de nouvelles solutions - Promouvoir des solutions alignées avec les exigences médicales et les objectifs clients Qualifications - Baccalauréat en administration, santé, sciences ou domaine connexe (maîtrise un atout) - Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en oncologie (notamment en radiothérapie) – exigé - Expérience significative dans l’industrie des dispositifs médicaux ou des solutions de santé - Expérience démontrée en gestion stratégique des ventes et développement à long terme des comptes - Bonne connaissance du système de santé canadien, particulièrement au Québec et en Ontario - Capacité à interagir avec des intervenants cliniques et exécutifs - Expérience dans la vente de solutions complexes - Excellentes aptitudes en communication, négociation et influence - Capacité à évoluer dans une organisation matricielle - Bilinguisme français et anglais (oral et écrit) Requirements - Ce poste requiert une maîtrise du français et de l’anglais. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $156,000.00 - $200,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
