Role Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Recruitment Specialist to support the hiring needs of our growing immigration law firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions including attorneys, paralegals, case managers, and administrative staff. This role requires strong communication skills, experience with remote hiring processes, and the ability to identify talent that aligns with our firm's mission of providing high-quality immigration legal services. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for open positions. - Post job advertisements on job boards, professional networks, and legal career platforms. - Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and legal recruitment networks. - Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Conduct initial candidate screening interviews via phone or video. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain candidate pipelines and track applicants using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Communicate regularly with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Maintain recruitment records and generate hiring reports. - Assist with onboarding processes for new hires. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. - Experience recruiting for legal, professional services, or administrative roles preferred. - Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Requirements - Experience recruiting for immigration law firms or legal professionals preferred. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). - Knowledge of legal job boards and networks. - Experience hiring remote teams. Position Summary The Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor is responsible for providing consultative support and advising the organization on best practice and effective recruitment strategies to fill open positions. This role works with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create sourcing strategies and advice on hiring plans.
