• Analyze fulfilment workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose data-backed solutions • Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards tracking key fulfillment KPIs • Independently write and own complex SQL queries to analyze large fulfilment datasets • Identify trends, anomalies, and generate clear insights from fulfilment data • Partner with Operations, Logistics, Product, and Data teams for decision-making support • Work with Data Engineers to ensure fulfillment data is clean and scalable • Monitor data integrity and resolve discrepancies to maintain trust in reporting • Track key fulfilment KPIs and proactively flag issues and anomalies • Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate tasks
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role
- Strong proficiency writing complex, performant SQL queries
- Proven ability to translate raw data into clear insights and recommendations
- Ability to investigate ambiguous problems and structure data-driven solutions
- Interest in logistics, e-commerce, marketplaces, or supply chain operations
- Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery is highly desirable
- Exposure to tools like dbt or experience structuring reusable datasets/models is a plus
- Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is also highly desirable
