D&G Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Data Annotation & Spatial Metrics Analyst to support the Defense Logistics Agency Warehouse Utilization initiative within the Supply, Storage, and Distribution portfolio. This role supports large-scale warehouse analytics by annotating 3D scans, validating spatial metrics, and ensuring high-quality data inputs for AI-enabled applications. The position focuses on working with point clouds, warehouse imagery, and structured and unstructured data to generate accurate capacity, utilization, and spatial measurements that support logistics insights and operational improvements. What You Will Do - Annotate 3D scans (point clouds) within the team’s AI-enabled application, including drawing annotations, labeling storage areas, and capturing qualitative data. - Validate and correct AI-generated spatial metrics, ensuring algorithms correctly capture warehouse space and making manual modifications as needed. - Perform manual metric calculations such as attainable height, occupied square footage, and utilization percentages to ensure data accuracy. - Work with disparate datasets to perform data cleaning, aggregation, and validation to generate meaningful insights. - Collaborate with developers and product teams to provide feedback on UI/UX improvements, annotation workflows, and data consistency issues. - Support refinement of annotation business rules and documentation of standard operating procedures. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Public Policy, Science, or related discipline. - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in numerical and spatial metrics. - Ability to work with structured and unstructured datasets and perform data cleaning, aggregation, and validation. - Familiarity with warehouse operations, industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, architecture, or geospatial analysis. - Comfort performing structured numeric calculations and applying quality control methodologies. Role Description D&G is seeking an SAP BusinessObjects Systems Administrator to support steady-state operations and platform sustainment for the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Integrated Data Environment and Global Transportation Network Convergence (IGC) Program. The IGC program provides a unified platform for enterprise data, business services, and reporting capabilities that support global supply, distribution, and logistics operations across combatant commands, military services, and federal agencies. This role supports both SAP BusinessObjects platform administration and the underlying Linux-based server environment, including participation in system upgrades and secure enclave compliance activities. What You Will Do: - Administer and maintain SAP BusinessObjects environments, including installation, configuration, user management, content promotion, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring. - Monitor system health including logs, services, job status, and performance indicators to ensure stable and reliable operations. - Respond to and resolve user-submitted issues through structured support processes, performing root-cause analysis as needed. - Execute and support SAP BusinessObjects upgrade activities, including installation packages, configuration validation, and post-upgrade testing. - Administer and support Linux-based servers (RHEL preferred), including service management, log analysis, patching, and OS-level upgrade participation. - Support Linux server-level upgrade processes in coordination with infrastructure and security teams. - Ensure compliance with DoD security requirements, including DISA STIG guidance and routine security scans. - Collaborate with DBAs, data engineers, and middleware administrators to ensure BusinessObjects functionality aligns with backend systems and authentication services. - Support documentation, audit readiness, and Authority to Operate (ATO) requirements. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - A bachelor’s degree in any field plus an approved DoD cybersecurity certification may be substituted. - 5+ years of experience administering SAP BusinessObjects in enterprise environments. - 5+ years of experience administering Linux systems (Red Hat Enterprise Linux preferred), including OS-level patching and upgrade processes. - Experience supporting SAP BusinessObjects upgrades and multi-environment deployments. - Experience working in secure DoD environments. - Experience supporting systems subject to DISA STIG compliance. - Active DoD Secret clearance. Role Description D&G is seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Architect to support the U.S. Coast Guard Office of the Chief Enterprise Architect (CG TECH-4). This role supports information technology processes and works directly with the Chief Enterprise Architect (CEA) to document a target architecture for the organization. As the senior SME on this contract, you will: - Support the USCG Chief Enterprise Architect (CEA) and act as a Trusted Advisor on all enterprise architecture efforts. - Support scheduled and ad hoc meetings discussing organizational EA goals. - Develop a strategic vision for the EA program target state of the USCG. - Draft a target architecture and a transition plan for how the organization will achieve that architecture. - Perform qualitative analysis on EA artifacts. - Regularly adapt programmatic strategy based on shifting resource priorities. - Provide objective briefings to senior leaders with thoroughly researched, defensible recommendations for advancing EA strategy. - Develop long-term planning documents (vision statements, strategy, roadmaps, etc.). - Apply project management methodologies and best practices. - Develop content, including briefings, issue papers, and process documentation. - Lead and/or support recursive process improvement efforts. - Develop and present technical briefs to nontechnical audiences tailored to their expertise. - Manage and participate in multiple assignments. - Lead and facilitate client meetings. - Provide concise recommendations for adjusting EA artifacts and explain them to a variety of audiences. - Manage competing priorities, time constraints, and aggressive timelines. - Recommend risk mitigation strategies and understand when to elevate issues to project leadership. - Provide exceptional organizational skills to support project work. - Build professional client relationships. Qualifications - 15 years of relevant experience, or at least 12 years of experience with a master’s degree or higher. - Eligible for a Secret clearance. - Extensive Cameo expertise. - PMP certification, DHS PM certification (FAC/PM Level I or II), or equivalent certification. - Extensive Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) experience. - Experience developing complex deliverables subject to numerous iterations, redirection, and multiple reviews from a variety of stakeholders (supportive, neutral, oppositional, differing levels of EA expertise). - Ability to provide guidance and counsel for executive level projects. - Ability to lead thorough reviews of products for quality and adherence to customer requirements. - Ability to communicate effectively with executive level personnel, including sound judgment in determining the appropriate level of technical detail based on the audience. - High level of conscientiousness in reviewing products before delivery.
