Role Description Este profissional será responsável por garantir a cadência, apoiar na estratégia e na aplicação da disciplina operacional e acompanhar a saúde financeira de projetos complexos que integram soluções do chão de fábrica (OT), engenharia e PLM (ET) à inteligência corporativa (IT/IA). Procuramos alguém com sólido background em Gestão de Engenharia Industrial (Elétrica, Automação, ou áreas correlatas), que possua "senso de dono" e autoridade técnica para debater soluções e alinhar performance de um time com atuação técnica industrial. Principais Responsabilidades: - Estratégia e Negócios - Apoio Comercial: Atuar de forma estratégica para potencializar e viabilizar as demandas técnicas junto aos clientes. - Gestão de Parcerias: Alinhar ações estratégicas, técnico-comerciais e ofertas com os parceiros, visando garantir a competitividade no mercado. - Suporte Executivo (Braço Direito): Atuar na interface estratégica com a gerência, auxiliando ativamente na tomada de decisão e na supervisão direta da equipe. - Gestão Financeira e de Projetos - Controle de Rentabilidade: Monitorar a rentabilidade e a performance dos projetos utilizando ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial. - Visão de Negócio: Acompanhar indicadores-chave (margem, receita e rentabilidade), garantindo que os projetos atinjam as metas financeiras estipuladas. - Controle de Apontamentos (Timesheet): Monitorar com precisão o registro de horas da equipe nos respectivos projetos, assegurando a acuracidade e a integridade dos dados operacionais. - Orquestração Operacional e Processos - Gestão de Cadência e Rotina: Liderar as rotinas diárias da operação, garantindo o alcance dos padrões de qualidade e a manutenção da produtividade esperada. - Gestão de Capacidade (FTEs): Administrar o repositório de recursos e a capacidade alocada da equipe, conectando a expertise técnica e mitigando riscos associados à rotatividade (turnover). - Melhoria Contínua: Utilizar autonomia para estruturar, padronizar e refinar portfólios, metodologias de trabalho e processos internos, buscando ganho de performance e agilidade. - Produto e Liderança Técnica - Desenvolvimento de Produtos: Apoiar a criação e a evolução de produtos, garantindo que o atendimento às necessidades dos clientes da empresa seja o foco central. - Apoio Técnico e Deliberação: Participar ativamente de debates técnicos com o time, avaliando, questionando e validando arquiteturas e soluções de engenharia para garantir a excelência na entrega final. Qualifications - Graduação em Engenharias Industriais, desejável com Pós-graduação nas áreas de Automação, Gestão Industrial e/ou áreas correlatas. - Mínimo de 5 anos em projetos industriais de grande porte (Elétrica e Automação). - Familiaridade com ecossistemas de automação (Siemens será o diferencial, além de Rockwell, Aveva, Schneider, ABB ou Cognite, desejáveis). - Experiência em projetos que envolvam sistemas de nível corporativo e integração (IT, OT, MES/MOM, PIMS, LIMS, Industrial IA plataform). - Conhecimento em PMBOK e práticas de Agile Scrum. - Inglês (capacidade de comunicação oral essencial) – espanhol desejável. - Residir preferencialmente em São Paulo-SP (Modelo Remoto). - Disponibilidade para viagens a clientes (plantas industriais/remotas) aproximadamente uma vez por mês. - Senso de Dono (Ownership): Agir com foco no resultado final da empresa e do projeto. - Liderança Impositiva e Resiliente: Capacidade de cobrar entregas, manter a disciplina e gerir conflitos em um time numeroso. - Comunicação Assertiva: Capacidade de transitar entre o debate técnico e a visão executiva.
