Role Description Brandeis University’s Online Industrial Organizational Psychology Program is seeking an Adjunct Faculty member for RIOP 130 Program Evaluation and Impact Assessment for the Fall 2 1 2026 session. This 3-credit asynchronous online course is an 8-week requirement for the Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology. This course will consist of using methods for evaluating organizational programs and interventions: - Experimental and quasi‑experimental designs - Mixed methods - ROI and cost‑benefit analysis - Effective reporting to stakeholders Core Course Responsibilities Summary - Course Logistics and Facilitation: Focuses on the organized and timely rollout of course content, maintaining consistent communication through weekly announcements, and ensuring all instructional activities occur within university-approved digital platforms. - Instructor Presence and Engagement: Centers on building an active teaching persona by hosting live introductory sessions, facilitating weekly academic discourse in forums, and maintaining regular availability for student consultation. - Individual Feedback and Grading: Emphasizes the professional obligation to provide transparent, rubric-based evaluations and supportive commentary on student work within a standardized weekly timeframe. - Professional Conduct and Standards: Requires adherence to university communication protocols, the promotion of respectful online "netiquette," and ensuring the course meets accessibility and technical visibility standards before and during the term. Qualifications - Advanced degree (Master’s, Ph.D. or PsyD) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Science/Behavior, Organizational Effectiveness, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Instructional Design, or a related field. - Professional experience within diverse industries or sectors, with a focus on organizational development/effectiveness, organizational or personnel research, HR/workplace analytics, HR business partnering/strategy development, HR program management, management consulting or related roles. - Strong knowledge of methods used to conduct research in organizational settings, design evaluations that estimate causal impact and quantify program effectiveness, compute and interpret correlations, effect sizes, ROI, and practical significance of results, and communicate evaluation findings to technical and executive audiences. - At least 1 year of teaching or training experience (preferably online/asynchronous). - Experience with online instruction. - Excellent communication and teaching skills in an online learning environment. Requirements - Prior online teaching experience at the graduate level (preferred). - Familiarity with online education platforms and course development tools (preferred). • Provide overall leadership, direction and co-ordination to the Abbott New Zealand integration project team. • Maintain awareness for the need for on-going change and continuous improvement. • Monitor performance versus project milestones and timelines and take corrective action as necessary to meet targets. • Provide on-going updates to key leaders in Division, Corporate and other support groups including the Project Steering Committee, Program Management team, etc. • Interface and is accountable to senior executives and provide updates to overall assigned programs. • Develop action plans and milestones with target dates to support implementation of strategic initiatives. • Establish specific target goals for project completion and monitor progress toward those goals.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Icertis platform and Vera AI implementations for enterprise clients across industries and geographies. • Define program vision, success criteria, delivery models, and multi-phase roadmaps aligned to customer transformation objectives. • Oversee project planning, estimation, risk management, release management, and client acceptance for complex, multi-country deployments. • Manage program budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. • Act as the senior point of contact for client executives, sponsors, program and project managers (PMO, Legal, Procurement, IT, Finance, and Sales organizations). • Facilitate daily, weekly, steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and cross-functional discussions internally and with clients to align business goals with delivery execution. • Cultivate trusted relationships across customer leadership teams and Icertis internal stakeholders. • Champion adoption of Icertis Vera features and GenAI capabilities (e.g., contract analysis, clause suggestion, summarization, and workflow intelligence). • Guide customers in identifying realistic GenAI use cases and managing change across enterprise SaaS ecosystems. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide structured field feedback and influence product evolution.
