Job Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in partnership sales, channel sales, or strategic alliances within fintech or financial services.
- Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, core banking systems, payments, fraud, or financial APIs.
- Proven track record of closing and scaling revenue-generating partnerships.
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and senior executive relationships.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Relevant degree qualification.
- Experience working with banks, credit unions, neobanks, or BaaS providers.
- Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-based platforms, and API-driven ecosystems.
