- Serve as the main technical point of contact during the sales cycle. - Understand customer business requirements and design effective technical solutions. - Conduct engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs for different audiences, from technical teams to executive stakeholders. - Build strong client relationships by acting as a trusted technical advisor. - Address technical questions, resolve objections, and ensure customer confidence in proposed solutions. - Support RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information) by preparing accurate and clear technical responses. - Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align solutions with client needs. - Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies. - Provide customer feedback internally to support product improvements and future development. - Assist in solution architecture design and technical documentation preparation. - Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of **3–5 years of experience** in a technical role.
- At least **1–2 years of experience** in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
- Strong technical knowledge in areas such as:

- Networking
- Ability to create technical diagrams, architecture designs, and professional presentations.
