Job Description

Technology Change & Adoption Program Manager

• Oversee end-to-end project management across planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting phases • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, scope, and budgets • Coordinate tooling rollouts and adoption efforts across multiple internal teams • Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder alignment and progress tracking • Lead recurring standups, program check-ins, and milestone reviews • Prepare executive-ready dashboards, KPI summaries, and performance reports • Support leadership meetings with agenda preparation, note-taking, and action tracking • Drive communication strategies including newsletters, status updates, and rollout communications • Track risks, dependencies, and operational blockers and ensure timely resolution • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and rollout readiness planning • Conduct lightweight data analysis to measure adoption, usage trends, and operational KPIs • Ensure appropriate project management methodologies and governance processes are followed • Present updates and insights to senior stakeholders and steering committees

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related technical field
  • 5–7 years of proven IT Project or Program Management experience
  • Strong experience managing cross-functional technology initiatives in large enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated experience with tooling rollouts or system adoption programs
  • Experience supporting senior leaders with structured reporting and communications
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards, KPI reports, or performance metrics
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience facilitating UAT and rollout planning activities
  • Proven ability to assess risk and apply structured project management principles
  • PMP or PMI certification preferred
