• Support EDMS/ECM, Report or Letter Generation Systems, and/or OCR tools such as DocFinity or Onbase, xPression or IBM Cognos Analytics, or FormWorks/FIS Document Capture Manager and their supporting applications and utilities • Perform User Administration (new user accounts, permissions, password reset) and security implementations. • Attend and participate in troubleshooting triages and document root cause analyses • Analyze new releases and provide recommendations for upgrades • Install applications, patches and upgrades and configure system settings • Perform code migration/deployments • Work with other technical, functional, or development teams to support the applications • Understand and abide by security policies and procedures. • Ensure systems are performing at peak levels and system resources are appropriately monitored • Work well under pressure • Create and update documentation and diagrams • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support (approximately once a month)

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. • Identify and develop new business opportunities, introduce new products/services, and contribute to regional sales, orders, profitability, and ITO quality goals. • Develop and present technical solutions aligned with customer needs, influence specifications, and prepare high-quality proposal content highlighting scope, benefits, and compliance. • Provide technical leadership for Field Service proposals, including site assessments, material/labor requirements, competitive analysis, and support for engineering work scopes, schedules, and cost estimates. • Communicate fulfillment requirements to sourcing and operations, document competitor activities, and support NPI programs to maintain a strong market position.

• Deliver field training to external partners to improve fire suppression system installation quality and consistency. • Strengthen partner technical capability by enhancing the field knowledge base. • Evaluate partner installation activities; identify gaps and escalate issues as needed. • Support implementation of product changes, process updates, and new product launches to ensure field service readiness. • Identify trends related to product reliability, installation success, and customer satisfaction. • Recommend and communicate innovative solutions for product and procedural improvements. • Maintain deep, up-to-date expertise on vehicle fire suppression products and applications. • Promote a positive, supportive, and collaborative field environment. • Participate in governance activities, including developing metrics, adhering to standards, and ensuring alignment with program objectives. • Ensure compliance with internal standards, industry regulations, and organizational vision. • Track progress on open tasks and follow up with team members to drive completion. • Provide onsite technical support during installations, audits, and service activities (50–75% travel required).
